Infrastructure Management

The infrastructure management and maintenance for the entire GUSTI community comprising member companies, start-ups and other member companies will be provided by a centralized  service organization.

This will include: 

• Residential infrastructure (short- and long-term)
• Business infrastructure
• Environmental infrastructure
• Sourcing and warehousing infrastructure
• Fire station and safety infrastructure
• Recreation and cultural infra

GUSTI follows a single store concept that contains all aspects and facilities needed for companies to function efficiently within its local geography. To implement this, various infrastructure functions will be outsourced, whether it is metal forming, turning and milling, one–off types, hotels and accommodation, environmental management, etc.
